Tasks
- Align identity governance with SOX HIPAA GDPR ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
- Build Role Based Access Control frameworks and entitlement catalogs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into IdentityIQ configurations
- Define IAM policies standards and best practices
- Define cloud security framework and architecture
- Design and maintain IdentityIQ architecture connectors workflows rules role models
- Design and run access certification recertification campaigns
- Develop and maintain IdentityIQ connectors for enterprise applications
- Develop and maintain separation of duties policies and conflict matrices
- Develop reports and dashboards using Jasper Reports or native reporting
- Document cloud security controls
- Escalate complex IAM incidents and service requests
- Implement joiner mover leaver lifecycle processes
- Integrate IdentityIQ with ITSM HRMS and PAM via REST SOAP APIs and flat file feeds
- Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ platform design implementation and improvement
- Lead platform upgrades patch management and environment migrations
- Maintain solution design documents runbooks and operational guides
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Serve as technical lead for IdentityIQ deployments upgrades and integrations
- Support audits by producing compliance reports and evidence packages
- Write and maintain BeanShell and Java rules workflows and task definitions
