Tasks
- Build reports dashboards and monitoring processes
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Configure page layouts and email notifications
- Create and deploy change sets between sandboxes
- Create and maintain Salesforce objects and fields
- Create development sandbox prototypes and validate solutions
- Handle Salesforce administrative requests
- Manage Salesforce support tickets
- Manage security roles profiles permissions and sharing rules
- Perform Salesforce data loads and data fixes
- Perform configuration deployments and post deployment support
- Perform unit testing and defect resolution
- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts
- Resolve CRM data issues
- Set up workflows approvals and validation rules
- Support user acceptance testing
