Technical Support Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate broadband installations with BT Openreach
- Define test cases and specifications
- Document outcomes and report defects
- Escalate cases to T3
- Handle T1 T2 cases via phone and email
- Manage broadband faults and escalate
- Manage equipment and subscription administration
- Monitor equipment orders and resolve delivery/billing issues
- Onboard ARC customers
- Order and manage broadband connections
- Support installation company commissioning
- Track bugs and follow up fixes
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document cases
