Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 security and compliance
- Coordinate integrations across enterprise platforms
- Coordinate privacy incident response and remediation
- Define and enforce MSP scope and service boundaries
- Ensure secure by design and audit readiness
- Evaluate select and manage technology vendors and service providers
- Lead IT strategy and governance
- Lead internal IT and development staff
- Manage cybersecurity risk and incident response coordination
- Manage development lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Manage escalation and vendor accountability for incidents
- Manage internal and external development partners
- Monitor MSP SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Oversee privacy and data protection controls
- Own Student Information System and Releasing the Genius platform roadmaps
- Provide documentation and reporting to senior leadership
