- Monitor SLA performance and coordinate corrective actions
- Monitor competitive alliance strategies and security landscape
- Negotiate and maintain alliance terms with legal and finance
- Own alliance governance model including SLAs and MSAs
- Provide recommendations on emerging opportunities
- Report program intelligence and performance metrics
- Serve as alliance subject matter expert for client pursuits
- Shape modular scalable cybersecurity offerings with partner technology
- Track and report partner sourced pipeline and bookings
- Track certification achievement and skill development
- Track partner product roadmaps and releases impacts
