Tech Support Engineer - Tier 2 (Remote)
Tasks
- Analyze logs and configurations
- Collaborate with R&D Product and QA on bugs
- Deploy, configure, and optimize security platform
- Diagnose and resolve advanced product issues
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams
- Provide guidance to Tier 1 support engineers
- Resolve complex escalated technical issues
- Support onboarding, upgrades, and integrations
