Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments and incident response
- Conduct security training and mock drills
- Coordinate automation projects and basic security infrastructure
- Coordinate with police and civil authorities
- Develop and implement security strategies
- Develop crisis management plan and ensure readiness
- Develop long term security strategy with technology and analytics
- Ensure safety and security of personnel assets and operations
- Implement asset protection and loss reduction measures
- Implement theft reduction through I and V mechanisms
- Maintain safety protocols and security compliance
- Maintain security compliance at main gate of sites
- Manage security manpower deployment and budgets
- Manage vendor performance and invoice payments
- Monitor unsafe acts and conditions
- Oversee security setup security protocols and systems
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Prepare security performance reports for senior management
