Integrated Security Operations Manager (Hybrid), San Francisco
Tasks
- Conduct quality control and security training
- Coordinate embedded security operations with client expectations
- Create internal policies procedures and escalation protocols
- Develop proposals and budgets for security services
- Facilitate communication between employees clients and internal teams
- Maintain armed and unarmed security license
- Manage client risk communication and deliverable fulfillment
- Manage embedded employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee GSOC operations and scheduling
- Provide mentoring and performance feedback to embedded staff
- Recruit onboard and train security vendors and embedded employees
- Review approve timecards invoices and expense reports
