Tasks
- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Analyze outages and resolve user issues
- Coordinate hardware and software procurement
- Coordinate with service teams and external IT service providers
- Create visual reports and documentation for system processes
- Develop and implement roles and permissions concepts
- Document infrastructure according to IT standards
- Ensure IT availability according to SLA
- Implement and maintain server infrastructure
- Manage incident tickets in incident management system
- Monitor system jobs and interfaces
- Plan and execute software rollouts
- Prepare IT architecture approvals and security audits
- Prepare network approvals
- Provide second and third level support for access
