Sr. Technical Support Engineer, Prisma Access Browser
Tasks
- Collaborate with Engineering QA and Product Management to resolve issues
- Deliver configurations troubleshooting and best practices
- Manage support cases and ensure timely resolution
- Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis
- Provide advanced technical support to customers and partners for Prisma Access Browser
- Provide on call and weekend holiday shift support
- Publish technical support bulletins and knowledge base documentation
- Travel to customer sites for critical issue resolution
