AGM - Firewall Operational Manager

Tasks
- Build consensus on ILD classification
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with regulatory teams and lawful requests
- Configure firewall rules
- Coordinate with technology teams for POI congestion issues
- Define feature level requirements
- Detect and block UCC from UTM routes
- Detect and block grey route leakage
- Evaluate partners for intelligence testing
- Implement traffic filtering rules and algorithms
- Monitor A2P P2P SMS traffic
- Onboard new aggregators on ILD Hub
- Perform traffic analysis and reporting
- Provide 24x7 operational support
- Resolve partner tickets within SLA
- Review partner intelligence testing and apply corrective actions
- Track ILD revenue
- Translate operational insights into product requirements
