IT Manager
Tasks
- Administer SaaS tools including email and collaboration
- Administer laptops desktops printers and peripherals
- Configure WPA3 and network segmentation
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Deploy patches and maintain patch logs
- Design and implement cybersecurity controls
- Encrypt data at rest and in transit
- Enforce VPN access and MFA
- Ensure CSCRF compliance
- Implement backup and disaster recovery
- Maintain SBOMs for critical systems
- Maintain asset inventory and software compliance
- Manage IT infrastructure and operations
- Manage identity and access management
- Manage network and connectivity including VLAN and firewalls
- Manage vendors and third party security reviews
- Monitor alerts and support incident response
- Provide L1 L2 IT support and user training
- Provision and deprovision user access and licenses
- Secure endpoints and enforce security baselines
