Tasks
- Analyze Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower configurations
- Collaborate with teams to define implement firewall and IPS controls
- Configure optimize troubleshoot Palo Alto security policies
- Design deploy implement support Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Develop maintain automation scripts for firewall operations and migrations
- Implement manage Palo Alto Advanced Threat Prevention
- Integrate firewall controls with logging monitoring SIEM
- Lead execute firewall migration projects
- Lead firewall implementation projects upgrades policy standardization rule base optimization
- Participate in change management test plans rollback strategies
- Provide operational support incident response root cause analysis problem management
- Review analyze optimize firewall rule sets
- Review logs alerts security events identify threats anomalies misconfigurations
- Support audit compliance provide firewall evidence configuration details documentation
- Support secure network architecture initiatives segmentation high availability redundancy disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot network security issues
