Tech Lead (Cyber Security DLP)

Tasks
- Analyze DLP incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Architect deploy and tune DLP across endpoint network email and cloud
- Build deploy and maintain enterprise data loss prevention solutions
- Collaborate with SOC and IR teams for data security events
- Configure DLP policies IRM policies rules incident workflows and response automation
- Deploy and manage cloud native data protection controls
- Develop dashboards reports and analytics for monitoring data movement
- Ensure compliance with GDPR HIPAA PCI DSS DPDP Act and ISO 27001
- Implement data labeling and manage sensitive information types
- Improve DLP rules to reduce false positives
- Manage data discovery for structured and unstructured data
- Manage data encryption for data at rest in transit and in use
- Refine regex exact data matching and indexed document matching
