Critical Facilities Operations & Incident Response Engineer (Data Centre)
Tasks
- Coordinate maintenance and emergency response activities
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and data center best practices
- Escalate incidents based on severity
- Generate operational and facilities performance reports
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for issue resolution
- Maintain alarm logs and operational records
- Maintain documentation and shift handover updates
- Manage change request workflow
- Manage incident logging escalation tracking and closure
- Manage operational portal access and usage
- Monitor data center facilities infrastructure 24x7
- Perform real time monitoring of electrical systems
- Perform real time monitoring of environmental systems
- Perform real time monitoring of mechanical systems
- Respond to facility alarms incidents and abnormalities
- Verify DCIM tool accuracy
- Verify building management systems accuracy
- Verify environmental monitoring systems accuracy
