- Draft and manage maintenance contracts
- Enter maintenance quotes
- Generate and send intervention reports
- Handle client emails and phone calls
- Manage equipment rental needs
- Open orders after quote approval
- Organize maintenance campaigns
- Prepare costed schedules
- Prepare estimates
- Prepare weekly document packs for teams
- Publish and update schedules in WEAVY
- Send intervention reports to clients
- Send invoices to clients
- Track technicians and subcontractors in WEAVY and Excel
- Update dashboards for CE and quotes and CE89
- Update invoice tracking dashboards
- Update maps
- Update tracking tables
- Verify rental invoices in DIVALTO
