Information Technology Analyst
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 services
- Assist with user provisioning and access reviews
- Collect audit evidence and support compliance readiness
- Diagnose desktop laptop and application issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and licensing
- Maintain technical documentation SOPs and user guides
- Manage identity and access with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Manage service tickets and documentation
- Participate in incident response activities
- Perform backup and recovery support
- Provide Tier 1-2 end-user support
- Support Exchange Online Teams OneDrive and SharePoint
- Support NIST SP 800 171 and CMMC security controls
- Support configuration management and change documentation
- Support endpoint patching and baseline security enforcement
- Support endpoint protection vulnerability remediation and logging
- Support secure remote access and VPN connectivity
