Administration - Technology Support Specialist
Tasks
- Apply cybersecurity awareness for phishing and password security
- Assist with security audits and compliance reviews
- Configure troubleshoot email clients and Microsoft Teams
- Configure troubleshoot mobile devices
- Coordinate equipment moves and workspace technology setup
- Create maintain quick reference guides and FAQs
- Deliver informal user training and guidance
- Ensure HIPAA data privacy compliance during support
- Identify and report security incidents
- Install configure and deploy desktops and laptops
- Install configure and troubleshoot printers scanners webcams and headsets
- Maintain conference room video conferencing equipment and audio systems
- Manage help desk tickets and prioritize issues
- Monitor local servers network equipment and backup systems
- Onboard new employees to technology systems
- Perform basic network diagnostics
- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades
- Provide HRIS and accounting system user support
- Provide Microsoft 365 user support
- Provide first-level support for EHR system
- Provide technical support to users in person phone email and remote tools
- Provision user accounts and reset passwords
- Support MFA enrollment and troubleshooting
- Support OneDrive and SharePoint
- Support VPN access and remote access
- Support application installation updates and configuration
- Support secure file sharing practices
- Support telecommunications and unified communications systems
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity
