- Define IAM policies standards and best practices
- Define Joiner Mover Leaver lifecycle processes
- Define cloud security framework architecture
- Design and implement role based access control frameworks entitlement catalogs
- Design and maintain IIQ architecture connectors workflows rules role models
- Design and run access certification and recertification campaigns
- Develop and maintain application connectors
- Develop custom workflows email templates task definitions
- Develop reports and dashboards using Jasper Reports
- Develop separation of duties policies conflict matrices
- Document cloud security controls
- Ensure alignment with SOX HIPAA GDPR ISO 27001 PCI DSS
- Escalate complex IAM incidents and service requests
- Gather translate requirements into IIQ configurations
- Integrate IIQ with ITSM HRMS and PAM via REST SOAP and flat file feeds
- Lead SailPoint IIQ deployments upgrades and integrations
- Lead platform upgrades patch management environment migrations
- Maintain solution design documents runbooks operational guides
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Support audits with IIQ compliance reports and evidence
- Write and maintain BeanShell rules and Java rules
