Tasks
- Conduct facility and lobby patrols
- Coordinate emergency response actions
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- De-escalate incidents
- Escalate issues per procedures
- Maintain SOPs post orders and incident reports
- Maintain detailed logs and case notes in Jira
- Maintain first aid kits and AED inventory
- Manage employee and guest badging
- Monitor and assess alerts
- Monitor events for risks and incidents
- Participate in after action reviews
- Perform door camera and access point checks
- Support executive protection details
- Triage incidents
