- Accelerate deal cycles technical qualification
- Build onboarding enablement for new SE hires
- Build technical qualification frameworks
- Collaborate with product management and engineering
- Create technical messaging competitive positioning thought leadership
- Define demo and solution architecture standards
- Develop proof of value methodologies
- Drive discovery demos architecture discussions technical validation
- Engage CISOs security architects IT leaders
- Improve technical win rates
- Own technical win strategy for key opportunities
- Participate in deal review and forecasting
- Partner with customer success and support for pre sales to post sales transitions
- Partner with regional sales leaders on technical strategy
- Provide technical coaching through deal reviews
- Recruit develop lead security engineers
- Track and improve technical win rates POC success rates utilization ramp time
