Tasks
- Advise leadership on technical strategy budgeting and infrastructure planning
- Architect administer and troubleshoot AWS cloud services
- Assist in drafting IT policies and security standards
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network components
- Coordinate daily workload and set priorities
- Document systems create runbooks and automate operations
- Implement and manage endpoint protection MFA and vulnerability management
- Lead IT infrastructure projects migrations upgrades and rollouts
- Maintain Windows servers patching backups and disaster recovery
- Maintain uptime security posture and SLA performance
- Manage endpoint environment and patching compliance
- Manage hybrid Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight
- Oversee user lifecycle workflows for AD and Microsoft 365
- Perform incident response root cause analysis and remediation
- Provide Tier 3 technical escalation for complex issues
