Associate Director – IT & Information Security
Tasks
- Administer security for email collaboration and cloud workloads
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews
- Conduct security questionnaire due diligence and regulatory inquiries
- Ensure SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
- Ensure system availability performance and scalability
- Lead IT operations and infrastructure
- Lead internal and external audits
- Lead mentor and develop IT and security team members
- Lead security operations and incident response
- Maintain IT and information security policies standards and procedures
- Manage Microsoft 365 security and identity access
- Manage endpoint detection and response
- Manage incident management problem management change management
- Monitor SOC operations using SIEM
- Oversee conditional access DLP and endpoint protection
- Oversee firewall security and vulnerability management
- Own information security management program
- Provide executive reporting on risks incidents and security posture
