Tasks
- Build real time dashboards and actionable alerts
- Coordinate with engineering security infrastructure and application teams
- Define and manage SLI SLO and SLA
- Design and implement observability pipelines and alerting
- Drive incident triage and recovery
- Ensure IAM platform availability resilience scalability and performance
- Establish monitoring strategies for service health drift and data quality
- Lead and implement Site Reliability Engineering for IAM platforms
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
- Manage SRE incident response on call and change management
- Perform post incident reviews and implement systemic fixes
- Provide technical mentorship for IAM engineers
- Reduce MTTR through automation and tooling
