Tasks
- Assist in control assessments mapped to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701
- Document audit observations and evidence in ServiceNow GRC
- Generate periodic compliance and security posture reports
- Identify opportunities to improve control effectiveness and process efficiency
- Maintain audit and compliance tickets in ServiceNow GRC
- Monitor security incidents and service requests
- Perform security tool health checks and review alerts
- Prepare compliance and security metrics reporting
- Review security domains including vulnerability management DLP endpoint security SIEM
- Support ISO 27001 compliance monitoring
- Support enterprise risk assessment activities
- Support internal audits for security privacy and AI controls
- Support monitoring of security controls across IT and business operations
- Support third-party/vendor risk assessments
