Network & Security Operations Manager
Tasks
- Act as deputy service owner for continuity and governance
- Coach and develop engineers and team culture
- Coordinate across teams during incidents changes and improvements
- Drive service performance stability availability and quality
- Establish operational governance standards processes and controls
- Identify capability gaps and lead development initiatives
- Lead network and security operations team
- Own operational reporting and service insights
- Own training frameworks onboarding and knowledge management
- Promote standardization documentation quality and operational consistency
- Provide performance trends risks and improvement recommendations
