- Customize configure ServiceNow GRC modules
- Design develop implement ServiceNow GRC solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications workflows forms reports
- Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Participate in full software development lifecycle
- Perform testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and end-users
