- Advise SOC on onboarding data sources
- Assess business impact of security assets
- Conduct post-incident reviews
- Coordinate day 0 to day 2 transitions
- Develop information security roadmaps
- Escalate and remediate client service issues
- Lead service reviews and operational governance
- Maintain project documentation
- Manage client relationships
- Manage end-to-end project execution
- Monitor incidents and detection trends
- Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings
- Partner with sales and pre sales on service growth
- Recommend automation and use case tuning
- Standardize monthly reports and incident summaries
- Support incident investigation and incident response
- Support risk management and change control
- Track service performance using dashboards
