Customer Success Technical Advisor
Tasks
- Act as customer champion
- Advise customers on cybersecurity threats and risks
- Assist with pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Conduct threat assessments and advisories
- Identify sales opportunities with account managers
- Maintain technical relationships with nominated customers
- Manage and progress technical support cases
- Manage customer accounts with technical updates
- Meet clients for relationship building
- Participate in strategic account planning
- Present to prospects
- Provide 24x7 crisis support
- Provide consultancy and problem resolution for implementations
- Provide product enhancement and bug fix notifications
- Provide technical support to key customers
- Speak in webinars and industry events
- Support backup customers
- Train customers on products and threats
