Tasks
- Analyze DLP alerts and validate policy behavior
- Assess and manage security and DLP intake requests
- Audit control exceptions and validate justification
- Compile and report operational metrics for DLP controls and compliance
- Coordinate control compliance activities evidence collection and remediation tracking
- Develop and maintain DLP and data security documentation
- Document recommendations for exception approval implementation or denial
- Evaluate control exception requests using risk based approach
- Gather validate and provide audit evidence
- Maintain data security policy control lifecycle documentation
- Map controls to regulatory and framework requirements
- Monitor and respond to DLP alerts inquiries
- Perform DLP control testing and validation
- Provide operational support for DLP controls
- Support SaaS and shadow IT risk assessment
- Support end user assistance and guidance
- Support managed tool readiness activities
- Troubleshoot DLP and data classification control behavior
- Tune DLP controls and refine rules
- Update TLS domain allowlists
