Cybersecurity Engineer II
Tasks
- Apply secure configuration baselines
- Collaborate with Security Architecture IT and Systems Administration
- Configure Microsoft Defender security capabilities
- Enforce least privilege and RBAC
- Execute vulnerability remediation and system hardening
- Implement Microsoft Purview data classification and DLP policies
- Implement identity security controls
- Investigate and respond to security alerts
- Maintain audit documentation and technical evidence
- Manage Entra ID Conditional Access and MFA
- Monitor and respond to data protection alerts
- Monitor identity risks and access anomalies
- Secure Microsoft 365 and cloud workloads
- Support compliance control validation
- Support incident response triage containment remediation
