IT Engineer
Tasks
- Create and maintain audit evidence for compliance
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Deploy patches on Windows infrastructure
- Document restore test results and recovery time
- Harden systems and maintain configuration baselines
- Perform SIEM alert triage and analysis
- Perform second and third-level support
- Plan and execute monthly restore tests
- Provide operational support for Windows Server Active Directory and Exchange
- Support disaster recovery planning and update DR documentation
- Support security incident investigation and response
- Support virtualization infrastructure for backup and DR
- Track and report vulnerability remediation progress
- Update endpoint security policies and monitor agent health
- Verify backups daily and remediate backup failures
