- Administer security monitoring and automated response workflows
- Automate cloud operations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Build maintain and troubleshoot internal applications
- Create and maintain runbooks and operational documentation
- Create and manage product related IT procedures
- Develop Azure tools and processes for stability and performance
- Develop and document infrastructure standards
- Gather analyze and report IT system data
- Improve service reliability and observability
- Manage incidents and resolve production issues
- Provision Azure infrastructure using templates
- Research technologies and trends for future improvements
- Support and maintain hosted infrastructure
