Tasks
- Administer Okta Universal Directory groups policies application assignments
- Configure SSO integrations using SAML OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect
- Maintain documentation SOPs operational runbooks
- Manage CyberArk Vault CPM PSM PVWA components
- Manage privileged account onboarding offboarding
- Manage user lifecycle joiner mover leaver
- Monitor IAM and PAM platforms and respond to security alerts incidents
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts and safes in CyberArk
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
- Perform access reviews and compliance activities
- Provide L2 L3 support for IAM and PAM platforms
- Support SCIM provisioning and automated identity workflows
- Troubleshoot SSO MFA authentication issues
- Troubleshoot password management session failures account reconciliation errors
