- Apply AML sanctions screening transaction monitoring and control testing concepts
- Drive engineering excellence across SDLC
- Drive platform strategy architecture and design for shared compliance capabilities
- Embed continuous improvement automation and feedback loops
- Ensure release readiness for production adoption
- Ensure reliability scalability and time to market
- Ensure security resilience scalability maintainability and auditability
- Establish and track engineering KPIs availability latency MTTR and deployment frequency
- Evaluate and scale new technologies using proofs of concept
- Foster cross functional engineering alignment and reuse
- Implement observability resilience and incident response
- Lead cross functional delivery execution
- Plan and optimize team capacity and resourcing
- Plan manage dependencies and risks
- Shape requirements define scope and drive platform reuse
- Track delivery progress using milestones metrics and stakeholder updates
