- Analyze dealership service operations and provide improvement feedback
- Communicate with engineering and technical hotline to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with consumer affairs and technical hotline on customer cases
- Develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction
- Evaluate customer buyback vehicles
- Evaluate warranty and goodwill claim approvals denials recommendations
- Instruct dealer technicians on diagnostics and repair procedures
- Monitor staff performance using real time technology tools and customer satisfaction scores
- Perform incident investigations and prepare reports
- Provide expert witness testimony in lemon law and breach of warranty cases
- Resolve complex vehicle repairs
- Review technician training needs and special tool inventory
- Serve as technical subject matter expert during warranty reviews
