- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for services security continuous improvement
- Define and enforce security standards for SaaS managed services and customer hosted solutions
- Drive Secure Software Development Lifecycle practices
- Embed security across operations and delivery
- Ensure compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001
- Establish security controls monitoring and incident response
- Lead customer facing security engagements audits escalations due diligence
- Lead security strategy and governance for service delivered platforms
