Tasks
- Build proof of concepts and validate security designs
- Build security platform from scratch
- Collaborate with CEO CTO and product leadership
- Design build and review backend systems
- Design secure service boundaries
- Enable security compliance logging and evidence collection
- Enforce engineering best practices
- Establish lightweight engineering processes
- Improve platform cost efficiency reliability and operations
- Lead and grow engineering team
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing
- Own engineering roadmap delivery
- Remove delivery blockers
- Set architecture direction and standards
- Support hiring onboarding and technical evaluation
- Troubleshoot production incidents
