Senior Manager End User Services
Tasks
- Administer endpoint and asset management platforms
- Administer unified communications platforms
- Coordinate cross functional dependencies and standardize processes
- Create executive dashboards
- Deploy applications and manage update strategies
- Drive endpoint security and collaboration platform improvements
- Drive scalability and automation for employee experience
- Ensure secure device posture with patching encryption and EDR integration
- Ensure service performance with KPIs SLA CSAT
- Evolve end user services operating model
- Improve voice and video quality with infrastructure teams
- Lead end user services team
- Maintain endpoint engineering standards
- Maintain knowledge and runbook standards
- Manage UC policies and vendor reviews
- Manage device enrollment and compliance baselines
- Manage device lifecycle provisioning inventory refresh returns secure disposal
- Manage end user services budget and licensing
- Manage service desk partner workflows and escalations
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding
- Perform problem management
- Plan and deliver end user services projects
- Remediate vulnerabilities
- Standardize meeting room technology
