Global Security Operations Center Operator
Tasks
- Analyze situations and implement problem solving solutions
- Assess and triage incidents impact to operations
- Communicate incident updates to large audiences
- Conduct post incident reviews for corrective actions
- Dispatch and coordinate response with emergency personnel
- Follow security and emergency standard operating procedures
- Maintain real-time incident documentation
- Manage security related calls for service and provide guidance
- Monitor open source threat intelligence for global events
- Monitor physical security systems for unauthorized access and suspicious activity
- Perform incident intake for emergencies
- Perform life safety checks in affected areas
- Review travel requests for elevated risk locations
- Support access control and visitor management processes
