- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations
- Develop and maintain IT policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Establish and lead IT and cybersecurity teams
- Implement and monitor security tools and solutions
- Lead security audits and penetration testing
- Manage cloud environments and access controls
- Manage cybersecurity incidents and response plans
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Setup and configure on-prem servers and networks
- Support global IT infrastructure expansion
- Train staff on cybersecurity practices
