- Assess cyber risk and quantify remediation requirements
- Build and execute 30 60 100 day integration or separation plans
- Develop cyber diligence integration and separation playbooks templates and standards
- Drive day 1 cybersecurity readiness
- Establish secure data sharing and clean room protocols
- Execute post close cybersecurity integration and separation
- Lead cybersecurity due diligence
- Manage external cybersecurity advisors and service providers
- Prepare executive ready cyber risk decision materials
- Track and report KPIs for diligence and post close remediation
