- Escalate incidents to cross-functional teams
- Manage incident tickets in Jira
- Monitor CCTV for security events
- Monitor alarms and alerts 24 7
- Monitor data center environmental systems
- Prepare post incident reviews and incident records
- Review vendor maintenance and service advisories
- Triage and analyze incidents
