IT Generalist
Tasks
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure
- Assist with security monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate with vendors and external IT providers
- Configure deploy and support laptops desktops and devices
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support guides
- Coordinate hardware repairs replacements and warranty support
- Follow enforce IT security policies and best practices
- Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure
- Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management
- Maintain documentation of systems processes and troubleshooting procedures
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance
- Provide technical support for hardware software and network issues
- Support IT projects including system upgrades and expansions
- Support endpoint security tools device encryption and access management
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application problems
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network performance issues
