- Define IT GRC scope using four lines of defence model
- Define SOX IT scoping for systems and applications
- Deliver training on IT policies and standards
- Design and operate IT application controls
- Design and operate SOX IT general controls
- Drive continuous improvement for IT GRC capabilities
- Embed IT governance risk and compliance framework
- Maintain IT risk and control inventory
- Measure policy compliance and coordinate remediation
- Operate IT risk radar and report trends
- Perform root cause analysis for deficiencies and plan re testing
- Prepare audit submissions and management responses
