Tasks
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Audit applications for access control
- Configure and support Mac devices
- Document IT workflows and standard operating procedures
- Provide tier 1 help desk support
- Set up devices and provision access
- Support and enhance internal IT AI bot
- Triage incoming requests via ticketing system
- Troubleshoot basic hardware software and access issues
- Update knowledge base articles
