Tasks
- Analyze and diagnose device and application issues
- Create and escalate trouble tickets
- Generate reports on system status and crypto devices
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs and peripherals
- Manage software licensing and inventory
- Monitor enterprise servers and services
- Perform data migration and equipment upgrades
- Provide technical support for VTC equipment
- Respond to technical support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
