Tasks
- Assess and implement customized integrations and workflows
- Collaborate with sales on key account relationships
- Define technical solutions for customer use cases
- Deliver customer training and coaching
- Identify product functionality gaps and work with product and engineering
- Provide first line customer support and coordinate resolutions
- Represent customer feedback to influence product roadmap
- Serve as subject matter expert to clients
