Tasks
- Analyze logs and network traffic for root cause
- Communicate issues to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering to resolve defects
- Create maintain documentation and SOPs
- Develop temporary workarounds
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
- Monitor system health and performance indicators
- Prepare system status and recurring issue reports
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Support continuous improvement of tools and workflows
- Troubleshoot system software and data flow issues
- Use Jira to track document and manage issues
