Infrastructure Administrator 2
Tasks
- Act as Level 2 escalation point for infrastructure incidents
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policy
- Administer Azure AD and Entra ID
- Administer enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Administer enterprise storage and backup recovery
- Document fixes workarounds and known errors
- Enforce security hardening and access control policies
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange services
- Manage VMware vSphere and vCenter environments
- Manage endpoint security and device management
- Manage routing switching firewall and load balancing
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity
- Perform privileged access management
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents
- Perform vulnerability management remediation
- Provision configure patch and decommission servers
- Support hybrid integrations between on premises and Azure
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems
